Dicori, Ha’Anafa 7, Tirat Carmel, Israel, makes Hue Is It? and is responsible for your data. This policy covers the game and this website.
We keep account and game data until you delete your account. Technical logs are kept for 30 days. We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and you can object to or limit how we use it. You can also withdraw consent and complain to your data protection authority.
To delete your account: go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. For anything else, write to omri@dicori.co.il.
The game is made for a general audience and doesn't ask for your age. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you're a parent and think your child has given us data, write to omri@dicori.co.il and we'll delete it.
Our providers may process data outside your country. When data leaves the EU or UK, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
Data travels over encrypted connections, and only the game's server can access stored data. No system is perfectly secure, but we'll tell you and the authorities about a serious breach when the law requires it.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the game and update the date at the top.
