These terms are an agreement between you and Dicori, the maker of Hue Is It?. By downloading or playing the game, you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the game.
Anyone can play. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you, and should approve any purchase.
You don't need an account to play. Your progress is saved on your phone, so deleting the game without an account can delete your progress.
You can sign in with Apple or Google to keep your progress across phones. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings, under Account.
The free game shows ads between puzzles, never in the middle of a puzzle. You can also choose to watch an ad for extra coins. Ads come from third parties, and we don't control or endorse what they advertise. The Privacy Policy explains how ads use data.
You agree not to:
Puzzles show only colors, never the original image. Any names used as answers belong to their owners. Hue Is It? is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. If you own a name or brand and have a concern, contact us at omri@dicori.co.il.
The game, its design and its puzzles belong to Dicori. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play the game on your own devices. Everything else is reserved.
These terms are between you and Dicori, not Apple or Google. We alone are responsible for the game and its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them for apps downloaded from the App Store.
We may add, change or remove puzzles and features, or stop offering the game. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the game before the change takes effect.
The game is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always work without errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits rights that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
You can stop at any time by deleting the game and your account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaks these terms. If we do, unused coins are lost, unless the law says otherwise.
The laws of Israel apply to these terms, and its courts handle disputes, without taking away any consumer rights you have where you live.
